    Will the same care provider come every time?

    We understand the importance of continuity in relationships between client and caregiver. That’s why we work to assign a preferred caregiver to you. Day View caregiver will not only provide you with a compassionate care, but also become your good friend – friend with whom you can share your life stories and experiences. We provide our services with the same care and compassion as a family member. But, if for some reasons you don’t like your current care provider, he can be replaced promptly if necessary and every effort will be made to find someone more suited to you or your loved one.

    What if I need to cancel services?

    Canceling service is not a problem. However, unless it is an emergency, we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance.

    What if my mother gets worse? Can you still care for her?

    Due to various levels of care, and our staff of registered nurses available 24hours a day, 7 days a week, we are able to care for individuals with any level of need. In case of need, we provide hospice care.

    Do you know how to care for someone with dementia?

    Yes! Day View staff receive initial training including training on the specific challenges of dementia participants. We understand the unique needs of residents with dementia and meet them accordingly.

    Do you provide special care services?

    You can rest assured that we can meet all your special needs. Our caregivers have training and experience in specialty care areas such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, hospice care, incontinence care, mental and physical challenges and others. We work hard to make sure you have peace of mind. Day View is a warm and comfortable place designed to provide safety and home-like atmosphere with premium medical care.

    Does your help with daily activities include keeping up my residence?

    Yes, we provide services to help you with activities of daily living and also offer you a range of residence services including light housekeeping, organizing, laundry, and tidying of your residence. But we do not offer maid services. However, we would be pleased to coordinate such services from others to fit your needs and make certain they are done to your satisfaction.

    How are your staff members selected?

    Day View is comprised of staff members who are honest, dependable, and professional. We perform thorough background checks. We thoroughly screen each of our employees and make sure they have the essential skills to meet all your personal needs and requirements. All our staff is fully insured and bonded.
