But, if for some reasons you don’t like your current care provider, he can be replaced promptly if necessary and every effort will be made to find someone more suited to you or your loved one.
Canceling service is not a problem. However, unless it is an emergency, we would be grateful if you could let us know in advance.

Yes, we provide services to help you with activities of daily living and also offer you a range of residence services including light housekeeping, organizing, laundry, and tidying of your residence. But we do not offer maid services. However, we would be pleased to coordinate such services from others to fit your needs and make certain they are done to your satisfaction.
